A tribute to a largely forgotten founding father and the first captain of the football team. William Sumner was an inspiration and made a contribution to the St Marks (West Gorton) sporting teams which should never be overlooked. Extensive research in recent years has uncovered that William Sumner was more than just a skilful sportsman, and hopefully in time to come his true significance football will be recognised by a wider audience.

This is a totally unique, 3D, beautifully shaped, recessed, raised, stamped and highly polished nickel piece of jewellery.

Fitting is lapel stud with butterfly clutch. Approximate size is 21mm x 28mm x 3mm thick. Supplied in a hinged plastic box to protect from damage during mailing.
